    Multi Style Martial Arts System Adult Program will provide our students with a well-balanced, "street smart" self-defense system.

    Most styles of martial arts tend to focus on just individual areas of self-defense. Practicing a combination of the best of the best styles gives IMAA students the edge they need to overcome any obstacle or attack situation.

A common myth is that you must be young and in shape to take Martial Arts. Nothing could be further from the truth!

 

   We train our students to the best of their ability. Some students come to us in shape, while other have come to us 100 pounds overweight. Most come to us with limited flexibility. Adults start at any age, as we have had some adults who started as late as age 73, and have still earned their black belts. As a student, you are looked upon as an individual, never compared to anyone else.  Our instructor will be there every step of the way. All that is expected of you is a willingness to try.

IMAA Kick Boxing - Muay Thai Fight & Fit  program is an amazing way to keep in shape, lose weight, and tone the muscles while developing freedom from fear of physical attack.

You can burn over 800 calories during your workout.

At the same time, you can reshape your figure to look like a lean, mean, rock-hard body of a fighter - without the physical contact of fighting! We offer three dynamic kickboxing classes every week to help you to KNOCK OUT CALORIES!

Kickboxing workouts tone your thighs, buttocks, hips, abs & upper body. This is achieved by working out on the punching bags. Additionally, you will learn self-defense techniques such as jabbing, kicking, punching, blocking and movement.

 

Without a doubt, kickboxing is the hottest physical fitness trend in America today! And at The International Martial Arts Academy, not only do our students get in great shape; they also develop the basics in self-defense.
