Personal Thoughts:

Everything you need in life can be worked on in the Dojo:

A strong BODY, a sharp MIND and a vital SPIRIT.

Sensei Joseph Hannan

Multi-Style Martial Arts Athlete
- Judo - Ju-Jitsu - Multi Style System - Combative Martial Arts

Mr. Hannan started his training in judo after graduating college in 1976. The art of using technique to overcome power was naturally appealing to him.

He went on to earn a 3rd Degree Black Belt in judo and later the same rank in ju-jitsu. He continued to
compete into his late forties.

Mr. Hannan met Sensei Ruocco during judo training and has been an instructor at I.M.A.A from its inception.
He specializes in various grappling styles. Now in his fifties he still trains with our competition students. He also helps
older students regain levels of fitness they thought were gone forever.

Mr. Hannan awarded the title of Sensei in 2006 by Sensei Daniel Ruocco.

Personal Thoughts:
The human being is a wonderful creation. Martial arts is a perfect tool to develop and maintain all of its aspects

Multi-Style Martial Arts Athlete
Multi Style System - Okinawa Karate - Tai Chi - Boxing - Kick Boxing - Muay Thai

Mr .Rossano Flores started training in martial arts at the age of 11, studying Okinawa Karate and Tai Chi Chuan. He is from the Philippines and comes from a family that have been in the martial arts. His father studied Eskrima (Philippine stick fighting), his uncle a collegiate athlete in Judo, a second uncle that was a collegiate athlete in Karate and his grandfather an Olympic qualifier in Boxing, to represent the Philippines.

Upon entering high school, Rossano took a hiatus from martial arts and lettered in four sports and went on to play college football. He started again 1997 training in boxing, western kickboxing and muay thai kickboxing until his relocation back to Miami in late 2006 early 2007. He is very thankful and fortunate to have met Sensei Daniel for giving him this opportunity to get back into martial arts and implement what he has learned into Judo and Jujitsu.
